luxurious carpets, excellent comfort, superb breakfast
Room was chilly without a functional radiator!!! No hairdryer present, and missing those usual little biscuit packets!!! At £100 per night, I've seen much better value elsewhere!!!

Awesome stay with great food!
Had a lovely night away with friends! The staff were super friendly and the food was out of this world. My fish trio was incredible! Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue was the clock chiming at 8 am on Sunday— a bit too early for me. Breakfast was another highlight with a fab full English!

Family with children decent place
We found the staff to be really friendly, there was one moment when the barmaid went out of her way to help us find a table that worked for our pram situation. the food was good, I had the fish and chips, which were hot and satisfying, just what you need after a long day.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still somewhat reasonable.

Clean accommodations with cozy traditional furnishings. The location offers easy navigation for all, especially seniors, which is a definite plus.
Upon arrival, the hotel had overbooked, leading to complications that made it seem like my problem to sort out. The shower had an old, hard to control flow, causing frustration, and I encountered an unusual situation at the bar where I had to explain my request for milk to go with a drink, which felt unnecessarily complicated.
